A few things to keep in mind before your appointment.
A non-refundable $50 deposit is charged securely by card at checkout on all services $100 and up. Your appointment is held while you pay and released if the deposit isn't completed. Remaining balance due at appointment start — card, cash, or CashApp.
24-hour notice required to reschedule without penalty. Under 24 hours forfeits deposit. No-shows forfeit full deposit and require a new one to rebook.
Clients provide their own hair for sew-ins and wig installs. Hair available for purchase at market price. Braiding hair IS included in Braid Boss and Lil' Boss packages.
15+ minutes late may result in modified service or reschedule. Please communicate delays ASAP so we can adjust accordingly.
